We take your privacy very seriously. Thus our EU targeted servers are located in Helsinki, Finland and they data stays strictly within EU. We are in process to deploy dedicated servers for UK market in London.

We support encrypted communication between your device and the servers to avoid someone tapping into the data while it’s on it’s way.

You are in control who has access to the data stored in the system. Default data retention period is 6 months.

Please note the second last option in the checkout if you are using different email for the login. This is especially important when renewing your subscription as if neither matches existing account on the region new account will be created.

The last option in the checkout is for 24 Holiday season gift orders will cause the account to be created 26th of December to avoid early reveal of your gift. We will also provide an extra month of subscription time free of charge on these gift orders.
